Amber Tran is the Principal Lawyer & Director of LawyersAU and heads the litigation department in the Melbourne office. Amber has been practising law since 2007 and specialises in debt recovery dispute resolution, civil litigation, commercial litigation and insolvency.
For over ten years, Amber was the Senior Associate at a national law firm with affiliations to a major collection agency and managed a wide range of industry sector clients, including commercial, local and state government authorities. She developed an extensive knowledge of the operations of Government and in all matters concerning the Local Government Act.
Amber works closely with clients to streamline an effective and professional legal process for collections and conducts seminars to corporate clients on the Australian legal system.
Amber represents clients in all jurisdiction and regularly appears in the Magistrates’ Court of Victoria, Supreme Court, Federal Courts of Australia and Tribunals. As an experienced litigator, Amber understands the importance of business and community relationships. Amber exercises finesse and aims for conciliatory resolution to legal matters and achieves this by providing practical advice ensuring the best and most cost-effective resolution for clients.
